Frequently Asked Questions

Commissions:

• Commissions are open from time to time. If you see that commissions aren’t open, but something is needed - please reach out to me via contact form and I will get back to you. 
• What can be commissioned: Art, logos, custom dyes from yarn or fiber, crochet/knit items
      

Yarn/fiber Color:

• My hand-dyed yarn/fiber is created in small batches at one time.
  
• Due to this, each skein or fiber will be similar but not identical.
• It is all rinsed afterwards in hopes of ensuring that the dye will not bleed in the blocking or washing process - however there is still always a possibility. 

Yarn/Fiber bases:

• Bases are ordered from mulesing free suppliers.
• Some bases are also created from recycled fibers.
• Please wash your finished objects created from the yarn/fiber gently in cold water by hand. Lay flat to dry. 

Shipping:

All ready to ship orders will be shipped within 3-5 days.

Anything that is dyed to order or commissioned will be completed and shipped in 3-5 weeks, if extra time is needed it will be stated.

Photography:

I do my best to photograph every item in proper lighting to show colors and effects. Please keep in mind that the item can vary slightly from photograph due to lighting or how colors are shown on electronic devices.

The majority of the artwork on my page is created by me, but there are a few others used on icons that were created for me by some wonderful artists:
